What happened over these last 10 months? Did I die? get sick? No! Just the opposite! High dose Vitamin D3 therapy over the last year-cured all my chronic conditions-some that i'd had for 20+ years!

Good information, but outdated
More recent information I've read suggests that high doses of melatonin are profoundly beneficial. All the information in this book is excellent except the outdated recommendations to use low dose, in my opinion.

Eye-opening, informative, exciting!
What did you like best about this story?
I've read many books that present medical research but often in dry, highly-technical terms. This book, however, presented the clinical research in an interesting and easily understood manner.
Any additional comments?
One previous reviewer claimed the authors did not give dosing instructions. Actually, at 1:17:00 in the program, the authors give exact dosing for age ranges. The authors also recommend synthetic over natural melatonin. I feel they covered all relevant applications for melatonin in a clear and precise way. This is a wonderful book for anyone who is interested in feeling and looking younger! Highly recommended!

Good Information
I enjoyed listening to this book. It was written in an entertaining way and was packed with information. Giving a 4 star instead of 5 star because I would have liked to have had more information on the way the author derived his dosing recommendations since they are so much lower then most authorities suggest.

I loved it! Excellent content! I was left with questions, though, leading me to research more details of specifics and how it works depending on the results you're looking for! Something I learned, I didn't know melatonin with progesterone can be used as a natural birth control like they do in Holland. Aja moment!

Very great buy,I was totally amazed on how much this Audio, has educated me,on a lot of key factors and advice,on growing older and managing better sleep patterns.A must have if you want to live a happier, healthy life,especially while aging.I really really loved this Audio ,and would greatly recommend it to all ,I feel we all want to grow older ,the best we can.

Pretty much just (list of issues you might have) and then "Melatonin can help with this issue"
The only real reason this book has real value is because of some physiological descriptions of what Melatonin does in the brain and why it's related to aging and heart function, the rest is pretty much just about vague things melatonin can help with and then telling you to take Melatonin. I would reccomend it but I don't think most of the information in this book was very necessary to understand the main point.
