Publisher's summary

The research is both definitive and sobering: rich people who win the lottery stay rich. That's their normal state. Middle class people who win the lottery soon end up back in the middle class, because that's their normal state. And unfortunately, those who are broke and win the lottery quickly return to being broke - because, again, that's their normal state.

The amount of money you have (or don't have) is a mere reflection of who you are. If you think broke, you'll always come back to being broke. And if you think wealthy, you'll always return to wealth. Millionaires (and even billionaires) often go financially broke, but their wealth remains intact, and their finances always rebound.

No matter where you currently are in your life, you know you deserve and want more. The only way to get more is to do something differently. Get started today!

Mindset rehash, but still good.

Hey, I generally give James the top rating just because its him and he has a good presentation of very useful personal growth information. I gave it the four stars because of the 2 credit cost. I waited over a year until I earned some free credits to order this one. Again, its a great listen and important information. If it boosts your self image and mindset in anyway, then it is definitely worth it. I think James does a great job at getting you excited and vamped up to follow what you really want. I think he cares too. And he is a good marketeer, which is ok. If you don't have an idea of what the topic is about, and you haven't gotten the info from him in other books and the secret, then go for it. It definitely keeps to the focus of changing your mindset! You'll have to continue to follow up of course, and this one may give you that push to do so. The advice is correct of course, just hard to implement. Hey, but thats self improvement. Still should have been one credit. But, it proves out the million dollar mindset works and provides the return.

Not worth two credits

The information in this book is good, but its not worth 2 credits, there is nothing new in the ideas he presents, all the same motivational stuff you can get in any book titled similarly so save your money and credit and get the other one!.

Well Worth Listening & Motivating

This is another great book to be included in my collection of motvational books. I was glad I decided on this listen. This author seems heartfelt and sincere with his knowledge of the subject. I never get tired of hearing of ways to steer one's course in life to remember how great a being we are and the ability to connect to that greatness we already have. Sometimes books like these are set in our path for reasons unknown on a conscious level. The key is to be open and take action!

Higher Thinking

Would you listen to The Million Dollar Mindset again? Why?

Yes, this is one of those books that needs to be re-listened to. One of those books that seems to be re-written every time you read/listen to it.

Have you listened to any of James Arthur Ray’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

For the ones I have listened to / or watched, this is one of his best...

Any additional comments?

If you have not listened to anything by him yet... He thinks at a higher level and words it very well and in different ways.

Great!

Because the Author is the narrator, you really get the ideas directly from the source.

Ray's Best Work

I have this product, the Science of Success, and the truly terrible Collapse the World. This one is Ray's best work in that it offers some truly practical advice on how to develop a more winning attitude towards life. However, it's also inconsistent in quality with some sections, such as the one on the different categories of intelligence, feeling like quickly slapped together filler material. I really wish he had elaborated on this particular topic.

The Science of Success CDs contain very light and fluffy material in contrast to MDM. However, if you like this and want more of Ray, go for it.

I called Collapse the World terrible because of the nauseating soundtrack that plays in the background. It's so bad that it's a distraction that keeps you from actually doing the exercises.

All in all, Ray is a decent second tier motivational speaker.
