About the Author

John Caldwell is an inspiring life coach and an Elite Personal Trainer with the International Sport Science Association. Before becoming a trainer, he used to compete as a power lifter with USAPL Powerlifting Federation.

For all of his life, John tried to challenge himself as much as possible, and powerlifting was the way.
