Love, love, love this book!!! As a Homeschool family that does read-alouds in our family, we do know how important they are. This book has helped me realize just how important!! We will definitely be following a more pro-active read-aloud schedule in our family. I learned of so many books we have never heard about from Sarah's wonderful recommendations in this book. This book has inspired me so much, I was sad this audiobook was over!! (Isn't that the sign of a great book, Sarah? 😉)

Love this book. Thanks to my awesome friends from Physician Mom's Group who introduced me to this book. It has completely changed the way I see read aloud time. Thank you Sarah for sharing your knowledge and your experience. I have been. reading aloud to my 5 y.o. for 2 weeks now and the results are incredible.I can't wait to see how it will be next year. We are getting ready to start a new journey, homeschooling and building my own practice. We are very excited! My only issue with the book is that there are SO many good suggestions and so little time to read them all!
Really, though, this is a fantastic book with lots of practical and encouraging information that will spur on a life-long love of books, adventure and parent-child connections!
