I adore this book. Every time I am overwhelmed, downtrodden, uncertain, or depressed, I listen to this audiobook again, and every time, I come away with a renewed sense of hope, motivation, and courage. It is a gift to all who read it or listen to it.

WOW!!!!! to every human struggle that Kelly discusses it is always followed by a reasonable and doable solution (I.e. commit to working out 1x/week; commit to reading 10minutes/day; RELAX on Sunday by going through old photos, spending time with someone you haven't seen for a while). I would also recommend Mark Mansons the subtle art of not giving a f*ck as both authors held similar perspectives for many topics!

I myself have gone to the place. He mentioned starting writing this book and rediscovering the rhythm of life. We actually went to the same college and study a broad program different years, though decades apart has never been more relevant today as it was yesterday as it will be tomorrow, the rhythm of life by Matthew Kelly is a book you could read every year and still inspired and learn something new.

One of the best books I have ever listened to. I definitely connected to it very much. The tips are great and practical, the concepts expand your mind and center you. The narrator could have been better but I just sped the audio book to 1.25x speed and it was perfect!
I just purchased a paper copy after listening to it!
