Enlightening Listen
This audiobook really opened my eyes. As I listened, I became aware of behaviors and beliefs that have been so ingrained in me and have been having a huge impact on my relationships. I did not realize that, in many ways, I was re-enacting the dynamic in my relationship with my parents in my adult relationships. It was a shocking revelation. This audiobook not only made me see this connection but gently showed me the steps to take to move forward and created much healthier dynamics in my relationships; it has been very helpful to me.

Wow!
I binged this from start to finish and it was eye opening! I have come to realize that I have experienced anxious attachment in the past due to my upbringing and my sister is still struggling with it. She has read other books on it, but none that are recovery oriented. I have recommended this book to her!
