Excellent!
I loved this listen! It is so complete and felt much like a breath of fresh air. I liked how the functioning of the vagus nerve was explained, as well as its connection to gut health. It finally clicked for me why I’ve been feeling “off” sometimes. The guided mindset practices are soothing and easy to follow, and I will be using them daily from now on.
