Provided direction and clarity for how to deal with the "fire hose" of information we get barraged with every day from myriad of sources. the insight that wisdom is also found in nature and beauty really resonated with me as well. great book!

Loved it! It was a great listen, definitely worth the time. The author also has a nice voice. Doesn’t get boring. Valuable information and instructions on how to live a healthier, wiser life. Loved the biblical insight. Very sound. I would recommend to anyone and everyone!

This book was exactly what I needed to shake some sense into head and heart. I’ve found myself spending on overwhelmingly amount of time on social media and worrying myself with things that truly do not matter or that I can do nothing about. I highly recommend this book to everyone and especially to those with teens who are starting to navigate the social media world.
