Poor quality audio spoilt an excellent book

I have been loving this series, but intermittently throughout the listening of this and the previous book, the audio disappears entirely for seconds at a time, and stutters in similar fashion for a good chunk of the story. Losing ANY moments in this complex and well-written drama remove some of the important elements so cleverly woven by the author. I am very disappointed it was not picked up by AUDIBLE, and repaired.
