Absolutely brilliant!
I loved that the author narrated firstly. His joy and enthusiasm came through in every word. Great teacher and educator!
Knows how to captivate an audience.
Loved the examples and challenges to try out. I’m so looking forward to purchasing the physical book now and re-listening to this audio version again and again! Great job!

Great Content and Great Resource
Excellent content, great strategies. Really enjoyed this book, and the narration! I'm excited to begin using the ideas here- one of the most practical, applicable, and to-the-point personal development books I've read! I'll definitely be buying the hardcover to use as a manual and reference.

Highly Recommend
I absolutely love this book. I had the pleasure of seeing Roger as a Keynote Speaker when I was selling books for the Southwestern Advantage company. It has been quite a few years and I need a good refresher of changing my habits like I had learned in college 10 years ago. This brought back so many memories of seeing Roger on stage and then also things I use to do as habits had faded over the years.
I am so glad I purchased this audiobook to listen to in the car as I am driving from meeting to meeting. Roger's voice is the highlight of this audiobook. His inflections and tone keep you engaged the entire time, unlike other books I have listened to where the speakers' voice gets boring after time.
Highly recommend!

An absolute have!
This was such an eye opener to everything I knew, yet haven’t implemented in my life. This is truly a must have to help you accomplish every goal in your life if you follow step by step his strategies. We’ll. Almost every goal 😁
One thing I would recommend is that you get the physical book instead of just the audio. There are certain things you cannot do with just the audio. I’d get the book over the audio for sure.
I am giving it .5 less because I listened to the audio.

Great book!
Thank you so much, Roger, for putting together this book! The techniques explained here are based on brain science and really work. I love the power hour routine (part of which I instinctively already did every morning), and the 2 hour planning ahead tip. Highly recommend!!!! It is very helpful.
