Scientific Text

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?

There was some interesting content, but I hadn't expected it to be a scientific text simply read out (including lots of references, XYZ et al).

What do you think your next listen will be?

The Body keeps the score, or something on mindfulness.

Any additional comments?

I'd rather recommend the written version. And unless you are specifically interested in which authors have done research on the effects of PTSD on family members, you'd probably benefit more from other books on trauma.

The voice doesn't match

This voice is distracting for the content. He sounds almost chipper. I can't focus on the content.
