Any wise manager WILL value this book!

I got so much out of this book. IMHO I was surprised at how much sense this book actually made. I thought it would be the typical "manager improvement skills but trying to be extra heavy" etc.
It's not. The processes he discusses; they "click" fast and make sense immediately! So know that You will be needing a notebook. *because it's like drinking from a fire hydrant, a blast of some seemingly simple but some are genius tactics!
If you actually implement Even part of what this book covers? You'd improve your ability to manage any business exponentially better. guaranteed. What a great find!

P. S. It's well read, makes it easier to listen at higher speeds 2x<

A Must-Have Resource for UX Managers

This is an excellent resource for anyone looking to take their UX teams to the next level. As a UX manager myself, I will be taking the great insights from this book into my daily activities in my quest to evolve into a true UX leader. With real world topics on things like engaging teams, standardizing processes, embracing failures as opportunities to grow and learn, and leading teams in the confines of a remote setting, this is a true toolkit for UX managers seeking fresh ideas and proven methodologies. Highly recommend!

Completely amazing!

Completely amazing! This was not only very informational, but felt so actionable. I also honestly really liked the section about Steve Jobs, it put some of the content into a realistic environment that made it more understandable and relatable. Additionally, this narrator was easy to listen to. Great listen!

An authentic guide for new UX managers and leaders

I love the authenticity of this book: the writer shares his years of experience in UX design and love for what he does. He also narrates the book with belief and optimism. The book proves to be a valuable resource, listing key skills and valuable tips essential to new organizational leaders. While the book includes sections specific to the field of UX Design, the advice in the book applies to not only UX Managers but also beginner managers in other areas of IT - and even non-IT fields. The advice includes tips on conducting successful interviews, implementing best-fit Agility practices, improving team communication, providing effective feedback, overcoming Groupthink, managing creative team members, and more. Well laid out and clearly narrated.
