Great content!

I bought this book on both Kindle and Amazon and used the whisper sync function to read along and completely enjoyed it! The author did a great job breaking down different methods for achieving high performance and even summarized each section with action items. I have to admit I was a little reluctant to use a credit because the cover didn't appeal to me. however, this is the perfect example of not judging a book by its cover. I absolutely enjoyed this book and playing our reading it again.

Just Wow!

I have been tangled up in my brain for years, trying to figure out how to focus long enough to learn something, finish something or just keep completion dates that I have promised to my boss. The thing is, this sort of thing cannot be figured out by someone who can't focus long enough to figure anything out... becoming again tangled up in the tendrils of my thinking. The frustration made my head explode. What a relief to just have some simple actionable steps to take and have everything within myself calm down. I am successfully accomplishing embarrassingly over due things... What a relief! Again.. WHAT A RELIEF!

Accomplish more in less time.

Having spent most of my professional career as a teacher, this resource should be a mandatory read for beginning teachers. It’s a well-researched, well-written guide for teachers who work with ADD students. You now have a tool that’ll empower them to become valued contributors to our society.

I personally got a lot out of Chandler’s Phase 2 that delved deep into strategies for improving one’s focus on a day-to-day basis.

You’ll find the narration to be calming and re-assuring making it an easy and informative listen. If you would like to improve your productivity and ability to accomplish more in less time, then consider listening to this guide today.

This is a religious text for all professionals

I finished reading this book about an hour ago and I was itching to write a review.
This book truly is life-changing if only the reader applies at least some if not all concepts discussed in this book. I for one, am going to implement all but one element- cold showers, LOL! But Mr. Kitching, I promise to work on it after the upcoming winter.
Back to the book, first 5 minutes into listening to the book, I was like, "too much medical jargon". As a nurse I was able to understand the anatomic regions explained in the book, but I thought to myself it may not work for a lay person. But... I am glad that I stayed put because after the first chapter it was smooth sailing.
Author shared his personal experiences that I found that I could relate to. He covered anything that I could have thought about regarding enhancing focus e.g., meditation to hydration to supplements to sleep and everything in between. I enjoyed listening to the book and I am committed to following all the concepts discussed in the book. If fact to make it easy, I am going to: 1) write up a checklist following all the chapters and 2) read the book twice a year to make sure that I am on track and lastly 3) measure my level of focus.
I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE all professionals to read this book. It really is a game changer!

Focus is an art

This audiobook taught me that focus is an art in itself. Without eliminating distractions that serve no purpose to your overall goals, you are not focused on your success.
