Amazing Book with great knowledge & good humor

Great advice and incredible story telling!

What a wonderful performance and a wealth of knowledge from this audio book. Incredibly insightful and inspirational, a must listen to (or read) for anyone looking for advice on how to be the best restaurant operator you can be. I am not currently an owner of my own place but still in food service management. I will be using what I learned in this book to help my staff and myself excel at our store. Thank you Mike for sharing this with us.

The truth about owning a pizzaria

I love this no BS approach to running a pizza restauarnt! Restaurants aren't for everyone. The pizza business is very different than any other restaurant I have worked in and this book this hits the nail on the head. People think pizza is easy - they are dead wrong and this book made me feel less alone and I learned so much. thank you!

Six hour long rant

Little nuggets of insight on the subject of leadership with the majority being simply a restaurant industry rant.
