Covering prehistoric hill forts, the Roman influence in Wales, the Norman rule and the way in which it impacted the country, this book will keep you interested enough to go through each page. Essentially, the origins and evolution of the Welsh nation represent a topic of major interest to anyone passionate about the history of this country. Even less than cliffsnotes
While a cliffsnotes book on Wales would likely have more details about the place if you want a quick listen this was perfect. This is a very very brief history of Wales. It felt like there was more information on King Arthur than the actual rules of Wales. But it was interesting and it made me want to learn more about my ancestry.
As always vertical voice was horrible and took away from the experience.
