MUCH NEEDED INFORMATION
Being the daughter of an Alzheimer’s patient I deeply appreciated the valuable information in this book.
This author does a thorough job revealing the necessary & not always obvious hurdles that await the caregiver. A broad scope of topics is covered from early onset symptoms, advanced symptoms & medical testing to health care costs, Advanced Directives & the formation of the of Family Trusts. Finally the importance of a support system & regular self-care is underscored.
All information is delivered in a clear, organized manner.
I highly recommend this book to anyone embarking on the tumultuous journey of caring for a loved one with Dementia. Because this Journey is all about preparation…& this book has it.
Well done.

Very Helpful
What Now? Really helps put into perspective on how to really manage and understand Dementia as a caregiver or a strong support member. I like how they really explain on overcoming some of the most challenging situations and really go in depth on how to manage and provide the most positive experience. Rather than focusing on the negative aspects this really helps understand the reasoning behind certain issues and how to overcome them.
