Great Guidebook
Koorosh Naghshineh has written a great book to use as a guide as you age. The narration by CL Berns is spot on allowing you to take notes while listening with little to now rewinding or pausing.....
At 54 I am starting to wonder what my retirement years look like. What will i physically be capable of? I look at folks older than me and think man i sure want to be in better shape then them when i hit their age. I only wish i would have found this book sooner.......
Certainly the foods we eat make a difference in our bodies but its the mind - body connections that are also described in this book that i fouind particularly important. Breaking old bad habits and routines, reducing stress levels and staying fit will all help me age more gracefully and be able to show my grandchildren (when i have some) that their grandpa was once an excellent athlete. As a 30 year golf professional i still want to be able to play at a high level as i age. After all that is one of the things about golf, you can do it forever......its just that I want to be able to do it at a high level.....
Thanks for writing this book, I highly recommend it!!!

Aging is something that none of us can escape. However, we can slow down the process and age with an incredibly high quality of life.
“Live longer live better” gives us the know how to take our health to levels we may not have seen in our youth. It sounds funny, but more and more individuals of an advanced age seem to be fitter and healthier than many people you see in their twenties.
It’s totally doable with the correct strategies and scientific knowledge.
This book not only covers well researched science and methods for combating aging, but it also discusses finances well into retirement; a topic that can cause those stress responses and cortisol flooding to manifest in many a retiree.
PS: Did you know that some scientists report that you can actually reverse the diminishing of your telomeres to biologically age backwards? Pretty cool!

Such a great audiobook
I absolutely loved this audiobook and would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants to age gracefully. Unlike your usual audiobook about aging, this one makes you feel confident about aging and empowered. It is a quick and easy listen; it gives you great advice and recommendation, not only about longevity, but also about financial stability and remaining healthy. It’s a great guide with precise information and details. The recommendations were easy to implement into our daily life and routine. Good ideas and insights
Who doesn't want to live longer and better? Of course, this audiobook was something that I wanted to listen to as I for sure want to live longer and better so that I can enjoy life more with the people I love, so of course, I would do whatever I can to achieve this. I was able to gain helpful insights and strategies. I do agree that if you maintain your good health, this would not only help me live longer, but it would also make me a happier person. The ideas and insights that the author shared are comprehensive in that it takes into account the different aspects for a longer life, which include the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of oneself. I am confident and encouraged to live a healthy and happy life.

Amazing blueprint for longevity
I have always been interested in what I can do to improve my health and have more life quality. I am always looking into supplements and things to "hack the system" if you want to call it that way. But what is more important to me, is reach those years happy, because if I need to do so many things that I can't enjoy my life anymore then I am not really interested. That's why I loved the approach of the author of putting together all the pillars (so not only longevity from a physical aspect but also on the general wellness and happiness of a person). Recommend!
