Publisher's summary

The times, they are a-changin’....

Sometimes, the biggest events begin with the smallest incidents.

This time, it’s another one of Jason’s strange cases: a missing man a tracking spell can’t trace.

It isn’t long before the man turns up. Except he’s…different.

And he’s not the only one.

A new magical affliction is creeping through the world, permanently altering people’s auras and changing their astral forms. As Alastair Stone and his friends struggle to understand it and trace its source, he soon finds he’s got another, far more personal, issue to deal with.

A powerful foe is back with a proposal for Stone - and this time, he doesn’t seem willing to take no for an answer.

The world of the Stone Chronicles is about to change irrevocably. You don’t want to miss this one.

Prepare to lose yourself in this number-one Amazon best-selling urban fantasy series. Once you enter the world of Alastair Stone, you won’t want to leave.

Great except for a time error

Ch20 opens saying 2 days passed, but the next chapter he's talking with someone about what happened the night before...

Fantastic!

The story is superb, as all of the previous books in the Stone universe are! That, combined with Wills voice skills and delivery of the story, makes this a truly amazing experience!

Cliffs there be in this one.

Narration was good as always. Glad the next book is available or else it would not be a pleasant experience for me.
