Best Book on YOGA!!!

This is the best book on clear imagining I have found. Brimming with excellent bits of knowledge on reality versus dreams. A portion of the Buddhist subjects might be somewhat easy to follow at initially, particularly in case you're new to eastern logic, yet once the thoughts develop in your mind you perceive how pleasantly they fit in.

very descriptive

Not your usual yoga handbook. It’s informative and very descriptive. You can strongly feel the emotion of the author and I can relate well as I use to feel this way every day before I made the decision to grab this book and try yoga.

Makes a big difference.

There’s a chapter that I totally like. The negative common perception we have about stress is straightened out. Having a healthful response to stress and finding ways to relieve stress like yoga will make a big difference

An in-depth overview of yoga.

I like the intro of this audiobook. It tackles more on how yoga can benefit a person who’s under stress always. Peter Cook has shared stress-reducing technique poses and they’re discussed in detail. The book has a little twist of wit that’s why it has my full attention.

energy-boosting yoga book

Can’t get enough of this energy-boosting yoga book. I believe this is really for me with all the pressures and stress I’m experiencing in my marriage alone is already driving me crazy! As it has encouraged its readers to listen to our body before it gives up, I’ll will be enrolling in a yoga class soon!

it works!

A perfect introduction to simple yoga poses. It feels satisfying what yoga can do to our life and work. How it can re-capture the long-lost tranquility in my life. I believe this is one of the reasons why yoga become an attractive thought to me.
