Excellent information on health!
Dr. Hyman’s latest book is my favorite! I’m a huge fan of his research and advice on health/living!
I’m down 40lbs+ from following his advice which he’s shared via podcasts and videos. Functional medicine is the way forward in medicine.

Easy to follow and sound advice
This book is filled with some of the best info explained in layman’s terms, is easy to understand, follow and implement.
This book explains why many of the things taught about nutrition and health are actually wilting and how to easily modify your own nutrition etc for vibrant health!

Great information to take control of your health
Health is each person’s responsibility for learning and implementing what works for them.
It’s refreshing to learn from a doctor practical things one can do to improve their health and get to the root cause of the problem(s) and not just prescribe medication to mask the symptoms.
Yay for functional medicine!
Perhaps functional medicine doctors could help get more nutrition courses in the medical curriculum.

It will reach those who are ready and willing to take a chance on themselves.
Much work ahead. Will take the steps as I can and as I ca afford, First think… talk to my Doctors for their thoughts, references… etc. This is for me, but I am willing to share my journey with those who might benefit from that journey as well.
Find a good Functional Medicine Doctor/Clinic that is willing to work with me on the schedule and funds I can put forward to this. Journal. Journal. Journal.
