very Informative
this book encouraged me. I wish I would have read the book prior to starting the youth ministry, but its never too late to incorporate the concepts. I wish it gave more insight from the ministry that starts with no base and very little to none support, but I'm sure the tips will apply the same. great job and great energy reading the book

Short and Effective
Would you listen to Your First 90 Days in a New Youth Ministry again? Why?
Yes. In face I think everyone should go back. I found a lot of useful information packed into a short audio book. I think a lot of the information was not only relevant to my ministry it also helped me plan ahead.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Your First 90 Days in a New Youth Ministry?
The author addresses realistic topics of concern. It's not about filler, its about content. What should I address first? What concerns do I have about the congregation? What if I am stepping into the shoes of someone who ran an amazing ministry? How can I be effective in a short amount of time?
Have you listened to any of Ron Welch’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
I have not prior to this book. I thought the narrator did a good job.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
No, not that type of book. However the author did address some real concerns that I was having regarding my new ministry position.
Any additional comments?
I think a good book for anyone new to ministry or looking at making some corrections to a current ministry.

This book is practical. I needed that kind of tangible advice going into a new role as a director of youth ministries.
Hamaker goes beyond concepts and provides a foundation for fruitful youth ministry. I am relieved to have found this book prior to starting the ministry God has blessed me with. DEFINITELY READ.
