At first, I thought I’d wait until 2025 to return—new year, fresh start, all that. But then I realized: you don’t need permission from a calendar to do what’s calling you. When something feels right, the best time to start is now.So here I am, stepping back into this space with gratitude and energy, ready to pick up right where we left off. Channeled message to end 2024 A strong channeled message came through for our beautiful collective community here on The Grow Through It Podcast, a theme emerged which funnily enough all of my clients spoke to as well in one form or another this morning.That message is: Meet yourself where you are. Meet others where they are.Meet yourself where you are, not where you think you should be. The universe doesn’t measure you by the milestones you haven’t reached or the potential you haven’t fulfilled—it meets you in the here and now, with infinite love and compassion.Your journey is not a race, and there is no prize for rushing past the lessons you’re meant to embody. Honour the version of you that exists today, even if they feel incomplete, confused, or messy. You are not behind. You are exactly where you need to be, and the simple act of meeting yourself with kindness unlocks doors to growth that force and self-criticism never will.Extend that same grace to others. Meet them where they are, without expectation or need for them to move at your pace. Growth is sacred, but it is also deeply personal.
