    This Podcast is here to educate you in the overwhelming and mis-informed world of health & fitness! We will do this by interviewing real people who have sustained real changes for over 5 years!


    Together, we will dive into their stories and share with you what has helped them not only become the person they've always envisioned but rather how they were able to sustain it while always finding room for improvement because the upcoming finish line is simply a new starting line!

    This Podcast is specifically for the ex-athlete who has lost their ways! This is for the ex-athlete who wants to go back to how they felt, look and moved back in their prime! The truth is, after our playing days in high school or college/university, we stopped moving as other priorities came into our lives! And that is right where the problem started and so we have to go back to that exact point! We've been lied to and told "it's normal"

    • to be tired,

    • to wake up with aches and pains

    • to lack consistency

    • to lose control of your health when you get married and have kids

    • to gain a few extra pounds a year after school

    • to burn the midnight oil all day, just to stare at the ceiling unable to sleep at night because your mind is racing

    • to have anxiety

    • to live just like everyone else....

    Those pushing this on you are just saying it as an excuse for themselves! But this is your journey, not theirs! They might just be scared of your potential and if you succeed, what does that make of them?!

    As long as you know WHY you are doing this, that is all that matters! We are here to help find a better way, a better strategy that works just for you because my lifestyle is not like yours and your lifestyle may not be like the one of your friends and family!

    And so you need your very own approach! Together we will build system that will allow you to succeed in earning your health rather than earning your disease! It’s never too late to live a healthier, more vibrant life! If you’re older than 40, it’s just like with investing - there’s no better time to start than right now!
