She joined a local slimming group and has transformed from a size 22 to size 10 losing nearly 8st in total over a period of 12 years. She tells us about her journey

The Clavio Lounge in Rams Walk is supporting children's and families' charity Homestart Butser this year (last year it was the Rosemary Foundation).

This means raising money and providing support for the work of Homestart Butser.

It’s one of the many things Clavio and its staff do including being a welcoming space to keep warm, the Pay It Forward Board (where customers donate drinks or meals), the Chatty Cafe with local care homes and Random Acts of Kindness (a scheme where staff offer stressed or troubled people a coffee or cake.)

Mike Waddington spoke to Nicola Winter, the Manager of Homestart Butser and Tasha Russ, the Manager at Clavio Lounge, who explains more.
