Rounding out the conversation we go to Salem Oregon to speak with Big Ern and discuss if he's had any experiences with the Sasquatch phenomenom while working as a land surveyor. However, for the past 31 years his day job has been working for the State of Oregon in the HealthCare industry and specifically people with disabilities. Brad reflects on his healthcare career from his early days providing direct care to his current position as a Training & Development Specialist.
