    Today's Guest Dr. Todd Forman is a family physician and musician hailing from Long Beach, California. He played saxophone and keyboard in the band Sublime during the bands formative years while also attending Harvard University. He then attended medical school at UCLA and completed his residency at Santa Monica Medical Center. After marrying his dermatologist's wife, Kristen, he joined the faculty at Keck USC Department of Family Medicine with his mother, Dr. Jean Forman. Dr. Jean has the distinction of being the oldest graduate of Keck USC Medical School in history and the second oldest medical school graduate in the United States. Dr. Todd and Dr. Jean started their private practice, Forman Family Medicine in Newport Beach, California in 2006. Further, Dr. Todd has continued his musical journey touring with the band Sublime with Rome in 2009 to 2011 and playing and recording music with dozens of acts, including the Dirty Heads and Steel Pulse. He co-founded the Children's Music Supergroup, Jelly of the Month Club in 2011, promoting music education throughout Southern California schools over a decade. Currently, he's focused on his production company, the Moxie Brothers, with his partner, Adrian Young of No Doubt. Together, they have composed, produced, mixed, and performed dozens of records and scored two full-length movies. Dr. Todd is the lucky spouse of Dr. Kristen Forman and the proud father of Carter and Sherylith Forman.     Today's Guest Jamie-Lynn Sigler has been acting and singing since the age of 7. She got her start in New York regional theater, and has since starred in over two dozen theatrical productions including "Annie," "The Wizard of Oz," "The Sound of Music," "The Wiz," and "Gypsy." In the summer of 2001, she starred in the touring production of Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein II's "Cinderella," playing the lead opposite Eartha Kitt. Jamie made her Broadway debut starring as Belle in Disney's Broadway production of "Beauty and the Beast" from October of 2002 through February 2003. Beyond her theatrical appearances, she starred as Meadow Soprano in the critically acclaimed HBO original series The Sopranos (1999). For her work on the show, she received the 1999 and 2000 Hollywood Reporter Young Star Awards for Best Young Actress in a Dramatic Television Series and both 2001 and 2002 ALMA nominations. She also has a SAG Award for The Sopranos (1999) Best Ensemble Cast. Jamie is taking Kesimpta (ofatumumab) for her RMS. As with any medication, there can be risks. Doctors will test patients for active Hepatitis B infection, as people with Hepatitis B shouldn’t take KESIMPTA. A doctor will also discuss the potential for serious side effects such as life-threatening and fatal infections, injection reactions, lowered antibodies, and other common ones like headaches.     Today's Guest President of the American Association of Caregiving Youth, Connie was educated at Johns Hopkins and New York University, she obtained her PhD in 2004 from Lynn University to have a bigger voice for family caregivers. Connie never expected her doctoral research to uncover the high prevalence of family health situations and concomitant caregiving with detrimental academic effects upon children in Palm Beach County. Her broad background in healthcare and dedication to diminishing caregiver isolation and struggles led to the 1998 establishment of what is now the American Association for Caregiving Youth. It includes the Caregiving Youth Project, the first US program to support the hidden population of child caregivers. Her dream is for all family caregivers to be honored and respected but especially youth for their contributions to family and to society; no child in the US should have to drop out of school because he or she has to care for a family member. In June of 2009, Connie was awarded a lifetime Ashoka Fellowship and in October 2009 she became one of 10 Purpose Prize winners, a national endeavor honoring persons over 60 years of age who initiated an innovative solution for social change. In September 2010 The Johns Hopkins University Alumni Association presented her with The Distinguished Alumna Award. In 2011 AACY won the Palm Beach County Medical Society’s Heroes in Medicine Award for Community Outreach and later that year Connie was named a Woman of Grace by Bethesda Hospital Foundation. Rebekah has enjoyed a rather diverse career background, from a child-care centre to the Anatomic Pathology department at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles before beginning her career as an SLP.
