I am the author of various books that facilitate the audience who aspire to have better health through diet, nutrition, and wellbeing. Not only have these books come with a map of patterns to follow, recipes, and an understanding of how to change your lifestyle and diet. But also elaborate on ways to train your brain to be amenable for a greater outcome with detailed knowledge. In my various publications, one can find research, studies, and methods varying from intermittent fasting to Keto-Diet, Vegetarian to Carnivore Diet, Meal planning, and basic understanding. Uniquely there is a book for everyone who aspires to change their physical health for mental wellbeing and quality of life. Gut health is the core of overall health; medieval sciences had a greater focus on gut health to eradicate any disease. After many years the focus has shifted, and people are more inclined towards alternate medicine and healing methods. Chinese and Asian cultures have reignited all old methods of fixing gut health to improve overall health. Similarly, I believe that we should be aware of what we bring into our system for the greater value of life and better health. Being cautious of our choices make us at the forefront of better health, hence the whole outlook of how one perceives their life changes. Often people who cut back on white sugar have amazing things to say about how they feel after a week. In a similar fashion, any diet plan takes from a week to ten days to rid your body of the toxins to rejuvenate and feel incredibly better. With my books, each diet plan, meal plan, and ideology are explained in great detail since I have developed this understanding with great research and transformation. My journey from being obese to a healthy individual revealed the stark difference between how I valued my life differently back then and how better I feel physically and mentally. In my journey towards better health, I discovered training your brain to understand your body's need and feeling determined is vital. Hence the hypnosis is a great way to train your brain to respond and be more receptive towards the transformation.
