Outsanding!!

When I picked up this book I could not put it down. I found myself underlining and highlighting almost everything! I purchased this book for my daughter and she text me to say she was on page 54 and hadn't put it down yet! I have told numerous women who have purchased this book and are amazed at the realization between our hormones or lack thereof and the health of our body. After following her diet, I feel so much better, my skin is healthier, and I have more energy and focus than I've had in a long time. Plus I've been able to lose weight which has been stubbornly refusing to leave for the last 8 years. I want to remain healthy and the wisdom in this book can help attain that goal.

Awesome tune

After suffering needlessley for more than several years with menopause symptoms( hot flashes, sleep disturbance, low mood , NO energy, hair loss, brain fog, etc etc) I embarked upon Susan Johnson Magic Menopause Intensive 7 week course. I was blown away by her approach: A fountain of knowlege that is clearly presented and explained as to why we can go haywire during this stage of our lives, backed by solid science and hard clinical data( what gets measured- gets managed ),brought to life by her own personal raw life experiences, a beautiful blend of western and eastern traditions, and plain common sense that we mammals seem to have forgotton in the electronic age. I would highly recommend this book for woman of all ages...its a lifesaver! I have been following her keto-green way, losing weight and feeling great- and goodbye to all those horrible symptoms I described at the top of this post. Thank you Author, you are one amazing angel

Huge information

This book has so much information that has been so helpful and resourceful. Whenever I have a question or need an answer, it is here. It is written so I understand why things are they way they are, and have suggestion on how to fix what I need. Great book!

Great content....need a hard copy

Great content however, you really need a way to keep notes. Should have come with a PDF worksheet to keep track of the 21day plan. Now I have to listen again and take notes of the plan🤓

Healthy Guide

In the wake of following her eating regimen, I feel so much better, my skin is more advantageous, and I have more vitality and center than I've had in quite a while. Furthermore I've had the option to get thinner which has been obstinately declining to leave throughout the previous 8 years. I need to stay sound and the insight in this book can help accomplish that objective.
