I think the story would have been good and the narrator was excellent but the usage of God's name taken in vain was so offensive that I couldn't finish. I'm so tired of writers messing up their stories with offensive language. I can handle everything but GD and Jesus Christ used as swear words. I'm just not going to read that stuff any more.

Refreshing

It's so refreshing to listen to a love story that actually has a story. Romance is all graphic sex scenes anymore so the story and slow build up to relationships is totally left out. I only listen to romances occasionally anymore because of it. This...This was fantastic! Funny, sad, heroic, and steamy!! Thank you Ms. Chase. You pulled me in and kept my interest for the full length of the story. Could have listened to hours more! Please keep them coming....

So impressed with characters staying true to portrayal. No jumping into bed or behaving different after first few chapters, the change in the characters was slow and easy. the dislike between Ivan and Jazmin (Meatball-I love that nickname) stayed in place like in real life before slowly coming around. My only complaint was author getting on a soap box several times and saying the same thing over and over. like adding extra words for no reason. Best end of the world series I've read

The Until the end of the world series is fantastic. All the books in the series got 4 to 5 stars across the board from me as it was that engaging. I've read a LOT of EMP or zombie books and this one far outshines them all. Julia Whelan is one of my favorite narrators and she didn't disappoint in these books either. Never have I cared more what happens with the characters than I did in this series. Excellent read

Story line was believable, characters were likable, narrators were delicious. Story kept me engaged without listening in fast forward, lots of steamy scenes without being overdone.
