Cute. I can’t say it was my favorite in the collection, but thus far not my least either. The ending surprised me a bit. Performer did a great job!

This was a funny and cute novella. I am here for any romance with pastries.
The characters were cute and over the top. Miscommunication - minus the communication lol

Daisy in a moment of weakness decided to go to her favorite bakery one last time! Even though she loves the yummy pastries the baker himself is a grumpy jerk who only grunts in reply and Daisy knows he doesn’t like her, but one shake up and these two find themselves spending some alone time and soon discover hate wasn’t the feeling he felt!

A short and steamy romance with some hilarious as well as heartfelt moments.

The narrator did pretty good with the male voice but there were times where I wasn’t sure if what was being said was an internal thought or said out loud!

I honestly wished it was a tad bit longer. It was so cute to listen to. I felt a few more chapters would have been fun but I loved it overall.

This one was cute, but missed the mark for me. The story started in the right direction then the MMC talked and it was like nails on a chalkboard. With only one narrator for this short story and having an incorrect accent for the man who is from New York, it ruined it for me.

The plot is fast-paced because of it being a novella, but it was REALLY fast and too much for me. Definitely worth a listen to anyway because it is considered short and cute. 🫶🏻
