on top of a great story and characters and horror of course, loved how the narrator would use effects for certain "people" and would just add more to the scariness and immersing me into the book.

I have listened to both of the exorcist house books and was super happy to see another book to scratch my itch of a horror story that keeps you guessing, I highly recommend giving this book a listen

I need more treasures from Nick Roberts because elite horror writing like this is difficult to find. This one has it all..top notch horror, great narration, laughs, scares, creative story, etc.
