I am no longer a new dad, thank God :-). I got this over the christmas for my little brother as he is a it of a clumsy dude. But with the aid of the book, I see some significant changes and I think he is motivated (intrinsically). I was most impressed how he was able to babyproof his home tfor the baby. I am glad the gift was worth it

I listened to this with my girl Lydia & it's like women naturally know somewhat what to do when it comes to handling babies. Me on the other hand, this is information! I definitely suggest this audiobook for all men so we can be better care takers of our babies. There's not enough awareness of this important topic out in the world. Knowing to feed your baby no less than every four hours is important to know. Me, I'd go with every two hours just to be safe. How to feed & sleep your baby & how to alter your work schedule & daddy time is all right here! This audiobook even goes into the ways to develop the best behavior for infants. Babies depend on us as parents so listen to this and take this seriously.

The author did an excellent job of describing the countless details of a baby's first year of existence. The author did a fantastic job of fusing his own fatherly experience with tried-and-true studies that support new mothers during their postpartum period and the first year with their child. The book's end provides a summary of the key points of each chapter, as well as a list of "dad hacks" and a category of information for each chapter. The book also includes a worksheet on baby care duties to assist families in keeping track of their daily time commitments. The author advises the reader to make a calendar and budget for the numerous chores that lie ahead.

William Harding has written a great book and the narration by Tim Alexander is on point. His narration allowed me to make notes and follow along with minimal pausing and rewinding. This is the mark of a really good audiobook in my opinion.

I wish i would have had this book and its insight when i brought home my first son!!! I was totally overwhelmed in the first year and this book would have really helped. However, we got a second chance and thanks to some of the insight gained from this book we won't make some of the same mistakes we did the first time around. Read this book before you bring home your baby and it will take away your fears.

I just became a father a few weeks ago and man I sure did need this audiobook! William (the author) did a fantastic job with the amount of tips and hacks in this audiobook. He covers all the way up to the first year of a child's life. Who wouldn't want a tips like these? especially as a new parent myself.
