The warmer, sunnier weather, the longer daylight hours, wearing shorts, tank tops and flip flops, spending more time outside in the sun doing the activities I love, spending time at the river and the pool with my kids, all of this fills my cup.

    But I know for many women, going into the summer months and thinking about putting on shorts, tank tops, and swimsuits can have a lot of emotions tied to it and brings our struggle with our body image and body confidence to the front and center.
