Practical, insightful, and actionable!
My heart goes out to the author of this book, he wrote it to help other couples can heal and strengthen their relationship—possibly to new heights—all based on his own experience of going through your basic couple's therapy and not putting any action behind it, then going through a separation and ultimately saving it through Emotional Focused Therapy or ETF. This audiobook is structured very well, each chapter is split up into a separate week where you and your partner will learn about scientifically-backed concepts, introspection, actions to take, conversations to have, and even direct examples of what the author went through with his wife and other couples. One may think that emotions don't really solve anything, but it is only when we can properly process our emotions, that healthy action towards resolving the relationship can take place.
I would highly recommend this to any couple who is in need or therapy or who would like to know about and be aware of how to improve their relationship before it hits rocky waters. If you have tried traditional therapy before, definitely give this a shot!

Useful audio workbook
This audio workbook provides a way to improve my communication with my partner. I see how each of us have different Attachment styles and how they affect our relationships. There are some good tips on improving your relationship, like placing the complaints aside so you can focus on a solution. I just wish the voice of the narrator was more uplifting, otherwise a useful audio workbook.

Useful Audiobook for couples
As a 40-year-old mom to two wild toddlers and in a relatively new relationship, keeping the spark alive has been...let's just say challenging. Between coordinating bedtime wrestle-mania and trying to snatch a few romantic moments, my partner and I were stuck in a rut of bickering and disconnect. That's when a friend recommended this" audiobook.
At first, I'll admit I was skeptical.., but it dives into the deep-rooted attachment issues and communication breakdowns we all grapple with, whether newlyweds or married for decades.
The program guides you through addressing issues like trust, intimacy, and reigniting romance in an engaging, judgment-free way. Was it the magic cure-all? Of course not. But it's provided invaluable tools for us to start breaking negative cycles and really hearing each other's needs and fears.
If your relationship could use a re-boot - or you simply want to go deeper with your partner - I'd highly recommend giving this quirky audio course a try. Just don't expect naturalistic voice acting...that part could use some work!

a very handy workbook
I just finished listening to this book. I like it has a 12 week plan, so i know exactly my progress. It is sometimes hard going through the process, but knowing where I am, my status and my progress, it definitely helps to motivate me keep on the journey. Althuogh I finished listening to the whole book in one go, or two, I was driving a long haul and I need something lengthier for the road, but still I think book worth going back to it and splitting it down to a 12 weeks plan, basically work your way through the 12 weeks. It is practical and filled with hope. The exercies are simple yet impactful. And they help to break old patterns and habits, and build something new.
