Finding the benefits of sleeping

Without sleep our bodies wouldn't heal! Theirs reason people get sick and most of all we all probably don't have trouble actually with sleeping, it's the difficulties of winding down or dealing with a traumatic event of falling asleep. I believe this author hit every aspect of what you can do and what not to do for better sleep and naturally how it heals our bodies.

Informative

This one was informative, not relaxing. It would have been better served with the rest of the informative sleep audiobooks into one longer listen instead of a bunch of little ones.

Quick but good listen

I’m downloading others in this series. Not all pertain to me but some do and I’m looking forward to learning.

Great sleep advice

I love the information contained in this book/talk! When I get up and I’m sluggish people told me to drink coffee. Instead I go for a walk and as stated here that is the best thing I could do!

Simple guidelines we can all use

This short narrative describes 5 guidelines (and the rationales behind them) to improve sleep ability and quality. Definitely not earth-shattering news, but certainly excellent reminders for one of our most underrated necessary activities for health. Yay sleep! :)

It was interesting.

the only thing I didn't like was that it didn't talk much about practical ways to combat insomnia.
