The perfect confidence push!
This audiobook was a great tool and it really motivated me to start shifting the way I think. If you are dealing with things such as impostor syndrome, this book will really help you understand its root causes, give you tons of examples and keys to overcome it. I LOVED the chapter about "Conquering fear and self-doubt", as for me, self-doubt is one of major obstacles in life so having it explained in detail really helped to understand better from where it comes from.

A book I really need!
I always looked down into myself and it is really hard to appreciate oneself. But this book has help me changed that, I am still working on to it but atleast I was able to slowly step forward into becoming a more independent and confident person. This book is a nice read specially when relaxing since it is short and to the point. I highly recommend this book to anyone!

Delighted to discover a new self-help book :)
Lately, I've been feeling really down, so I thought maybe I should try reading self help books. I've read quite a few and been fond of some select works; those that really stood out to me, and this is one of those select works. From building self-confidence to fixating on a new, healthy mindset, this book covered the things that I really needed some help with. I am extremely happy to have come across this book.

Excellent book
This book surprised me in just how good it was. Not that I was expecting it to be just ok, but rather I assumed much of it would be similar to stuff I’ve heard before and might offer a few valuable kernels of info. In actuality, this whole book is a gold nugget. The author’s genuineness and sense of humor come across throughout the book and speaking from first-hand experience makes this all the more compelling. Coping with failure is something I struggle with, so that part was super helpful in helping me to see that ruminating prevents you from moving forward toward the possibility of new successes. The phrase “Fail intelligently” stuck with me, as did “Shine Theory”. You just have to take a listen to it yourself to learn more. You won’t be disappointed!

What an amazing book!
I’ve been going through some tough times lately and a friend suggested I listen to this book. I downloaded it more as a favor to my friend. And I am so glad I did. I love how the author really seems to be writing from first hand experience, which is so important. There are wonderful chapters about coping with failure, conquering fear and overcoming self-doubt. I’m feeling much better about myself and am looking forward to multiple possibilities of success.

Awesome!
I'll be honest; I've never been good at comprehending my spouse or his behavior. He doesn't express his emotions very well; he would rather keep them to himself than share them with me or his closest pals. Men were believed to be emotionless for a very long time. because they must constantly seem powerful and are not permitted to be vulnerable. I was better able to comprehend a man's emotions after reading this book since I could see things from his perspective. Men and women both have concerns and go through similar feelings and anguish. And we need to stop thinking in terms of gender roles if we want to improve relationships and society. I appreciate you giving me this book. I know how to approach my boyfriend now so that I can assist him to overcome his anxieties.

Time to reflect
I never would have thought that I would enjoy and be interested in a book such as this one. I am a fan of fiction and I rarely read anything from other genres. I learned about this book from my friend who told me that it's very insightful and that it helped him rebuild himself after going through a tough time. And after listening to the book, I saw what he meant and understood completely. I also came to the realization that a time for reflection was something that I certainly needed. I highly recommend it.

A self-reflection book
I was really happy that stumbled upon this book since it help me re-evaluate myself and to those around me. This really gives you insight on how to boost your confidence and slowly step out of your comfortzone.
