Finding Balance When Parenting ADHD Children

There are a few audiobooks on parenting children with ADHD out there, and let's face it, a decent percentage of them can be a bit frustrating. They are filled with a lot of knowledge on ADHD as it's not a new disorder, but they fall short on offering practical and actionable advice. Thats why I love this audiobook because it really breaks it all down and makes it simple for you. You can listen to other books that ramble on about theoretical ways you can gain deeper understanding for your child's needs, develop strong communication with them, build a solid emotional connection with them, and empower your child to embrace their ADHD strengths, or you can listen to this audiobook that quickly gives you examples of what works that you can implement that moment. The choice is yours, but I urge you to listen to this one and save yourself time and money!
