Useful parenting tricks

Great book to revisit as your child is growing up.
My child enjoyed listening to the stories about different life scenarios as well.

NOT the best parenting book out there

I found this book hard to get through. There’s detailing of what waves are dominant at which juncture of childhood and what that means… in a nutshell the repetitive message is- eat right, drink water and get enough exercise for a healthy brain.
Many more worthwhile resources with more specifics. I couldn’t finish this. Boring and repetitive .
