Great job explaining why and how to brain hack.

Dr. BJ Fogg did a really great job explaining why and how you can design the behaviors that you want into your life, while pushing out the behaviors you want to change. Simple, small, celebrate and tie it to another habit, and only then grow it. ADD solution?

Enjoyed Very Much.

Practical, realistic, doable! Easy to understand why each step would work, easy to implement. Already making tiny changes. Thank you BJ. Was kinda sad when it ended, I enjoyed your soothing voice and stories.

Life changing, fun, and inspiring!

This book offers a simple, straightforward approach to changing your life!! Habits make up so much of our everyday and we all know how hard change can be. I found this book inspiring, fascinating, and motivating. The author reads it in the Audible version, which adds a feeling of personal coaching that’s really nice. Highly recommend for any parent, mentor, boss, coach, or person who wants to do more + be more + enjoy more of life... without willpower or suffering. Change can be fun and simple with tiny habits!

Great book, already helpful, will read again

I love this book, I've been talking about it at the dinner table all week. I started implementing the ideas right away, with good results, and I'm rereading the book to get a better understanding of the more specific techniques. Thank you B. J. Fogg!

Fantastic Book!!

I just listened to Tiny Habits and am going to listen to it again now. I’m a high school counselor in California, and I am looking forward to using what I learned to help my high school students better themselves. And of course I will be using the techniques in this book to better myself by becoming a “habit ninja!”
