You think you know it all until you listen to this... ways of approaching cleaning I never considered...time limit, etc. Also helps to hear the different views therefore reassuring someone else is in the same boat as me amd I am not alone in feeling this way, etc. I thought I mnew how to best organize but I am amongst the srlf-proclaimed perfectionists that get nothing done and her explanation makes perfect sense to me. Now I know what to look for and can alter my behavior!

I live in a household where everyone has ADHD; Myself, Husband, and two daughters. When everyone struggles with the same thing housework sometimes takes a back burner, then you get behind, then it gets overwhelming. This book helped me start somewhere and understand it didn't need to be perfect or even completed in a day. I'm going on week three of following her guidelines and every room in my house isn't clean yet, but what I have cleaned has stayed clean!

it's very brief and full of lists, which would be more helpful to get yhe written version of. Reader is wry and the section on how to talk to other parties who love with you is a bit insightful. Otherwise, yes I do all of this crap, but still struggle wtf now?!?

Too short, was hoping for a follow up to the first book. Instead it is the limited audio adaptation of the instructions of a workbook / journal. Buy the paper version instead.
