This audiobook is wonderful
This audiobook is wonderful. A thorough, comprehensive, conversational, easy to understand, and above all, HELPFUL book. It takes the reader through a basic understanding of CBT , using 7 steps (which are each broken down with helpful examples) which can practised in the back Activity section of the book. It is a great, non-judgemental guide to bettering one's life by changing thought patterns and beliefs for the better.
