Not a quick fix!
Because borderline personality disorder requires time and patience towards recovery, it is important to understand that patients need to be kind to themselves in terms of healing time, otherwise unfortunately they will be bounded to disappointment. This a great book because it is well researched and it explains in details the many ways to learn about this disorder all the way to types of treatment. It will guide you on how to effectively, along with therapy, manage BPD. Great listening.
