Always feel better.
I'm not sure how it all works, but I have noticed that things in my life seem to go better when I listen to one of Glenn Harold's recordings each night. His soothing voice always makes me relax.

Positive Sleep!
Glenn's voice and cadence have me dozing within 1 minute..I have yet to hear the whole narration since I fall asleep (a good thing!). I dream. I wake up rested and feeling good.
