Bang on..

Life is about more than just waking up, working and going to bed ... it'll depress and destroy you. This book hit the nail on the head with the suggestions to focus thoughts to live a focused life.

As well, the narrator was well spoken and easy to listen to. Keep you listening, calming - but not so much you fall asleep listening.

My business grows because of the ideas from this book I'm able to implicate in business.

*Review * Topic Overdon But This Was Great!

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I approached this book with an attitude 'Oh great, another self-help book.' However, I was pleasantly surprised with Benjamin Chapin's observations. The question and answer section after each chapter was thought provoking.

Chapin focused on positive thinking but in a manner that does not ignore negativity or daily challenges. It is not 'way out there' book & very simple in practice.

The narrator is engaging confident and perfect for this book. The uplifting voice engage reasonable terms and suggestions are a perfect fit between what the author is trying to share & Jay Prichard makes it very believable without sounding cheesy.

Notes: Have a pen and paper ready and/or print out the PDF that comes along with this audiobook

Credit worthy/$: Less than two hours and currently under $5 price tag. I would not use the credit to purchase this book. However, as mentioned it IS is less than $5. Fortunately, *I was given a copy of this book to listen to in exchange for my thoughts and this review.*
