Motivating & High Energy
Loved listening to this book and I’m so glad Todd took the time to read it himself!
Todd has been working with high-level athletes for years and as a former Division I athlete it was really sweet to hear his motivating words! The forward from Drew Brees was a nice cherry on top too!
He gave very clear practical advice for things you could do to start making big changes in your life & I loved that. He talked about the power of being 1% better which is something I live by and promote myself.
Lastly it was sweet to hear him open up publicly about his faith and how he starts his mornings with prayer but I would like to note that he does give other options besides praying for anyone that may not be catholic.
Since I’m super into nutrition I appreciated his chapters regarding his six simple principles to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I would like to agree that he did a great job simplifying and even gave some values for anyone that may need stricter numbers to achieve with their macronutrient goals

Such a powerful and inspiring read.
I would recommend this book to anybody that wants to prioritize their Heath and fitness and show up strong in every aspect of their life.
This book was filled with nuggets on how to create the right habits and get your mind right to truly live your best life and tap into the whispers that are guiding you to the right path.

Truth Spoken
There is nothing better than a writer who tells their story from the heart. Everything you discover about Todd, his journey, and his desire to positively impact is simply this: honest and with love. I don’t know Todd very well personally, but after listening, I definitely feel that I have a renewed mindset in knowing that what my heart is telling me to do is RIGHT. Todd has this amazing, child-like honesty that flows through his story which makes it challenging not to like him and love what he’s doing. It’s something we should all strive for- the will and the courage to truly be yourself and to bring more life into the world doing it. Thank you, Todd. An unforgettable read…and I’ve read a few books. I think this will be one I will choose to lean into in tough times to get my mind right. Simply written, masterfully catering to all readers, organized in a way that pulls you into deeper thinking about how you’re choosing to view your own life.

Don’t bother if you want motivated
Sorry but this book was unbearable. I felt like I took steps backwards for motivation rather than getting hyped to get after life. I can’t stand when religious gets crammed down my ears and he definitely does that. This may be a good book for a Christian than was never very competitive in life or is new to the gym or self growth but not for everyone the people that are already grinding and want something a little more gritty than fluffy. Going from can’t stop me and chosen suffering to this was disappointing.
