A beautiful uplifting read

This book is very insightful and validating. The kind way that it addresses hard truths brings comfort and wisdom. Thank you.

Stress relief just by listening

I loved the simple ideas presented. She mentions throughout to join the community of kindred spirits. When I went to do that I discovered you have to pay to subscribe. Very disappointing

So lovely

The reader’s voice was so soothing and calm and perfect for the content. The words were strikingly beautiful and evoked strings feelings at times. The part about Kafka and the doll…so beautifully told. I really enjoyed this.

Enjoyed overall with some gripes but still worth a listen

This was worth listening to for those looking to lead a quiet life but I would say mostly in terms of just hearing from a like minded person. One thing I didn’t love was It felt like the kindred newsletter was being plugged throughout, even if it’s a great community (it costs money). There was some good information here and it feels good to find a like minded person to hear from but at times it felt like an infomercial.

Wonderfully delicious series!

As a poet and mystic trapped in the life of an IT professional, this was manna - comfort food for my soul. I come across it at the perfect moment, showing the synchronicity of the universe. It spurred me to re-examine my life, forgive myself for not being an overnight success, and realize that even if all I can do is look upon myself and others with love, it’s okay!

interesting

Though provoking piece. I will listen to it again at some point in the future. I didn't necessarily agree with some of the points of view but nevertheless I will listen again, maybe I will be in a different frame of mind then.
