GET in the Groove of Life !

Martin did a good job writing this and Alan on the Audible performance,,very nice. I Liked the decluttering chapter,,,,,more space less cortisone viewpoint. The Free checklist is cool. Positive thoughts for sure and the Gratitude chapter was good and using exercise and diet to handle Stress. My fave quote from the book is "everyone has the right to create" in the Use Art and Music to battle stress chapter.

Absolutely Loved it!

I've constantly been feeling under the gun with work and personal life stressors. Constantly running around feeling stressed and anxious. This book really brings up real-life examples that happens to everyone, and shows you various methods to cope with daily stressors. And the best part? It actually works! I started using the techniques I learned daily, and I find that my general level of anxiety is definitely lower than it used to be.

Narration and audio quality is perfect, and the content is great. Nothing in here not to love. Easily 5 Stars!!

A practical guide to coping with stress.

Having experienced higher than normal levels of stress and anxiety when facing the global pandemic, I found this audiobook to be a helpful tool. The resource is full of practical tips on how to create better balance in many aspects of one’s life. I got a lot out of Chapter 7 that looked at eating, meditating and exercising stress away; aspects of my life that I tended to neglect over the past year. Implementing just a handful of the strategies presented in this audiobook helped me reduce my stress levels.

Solutions against stress

40 million adults struggle with these problems in the United States alone. Imagine in the world. My girlfriend suffers from anxiety. I bought this book for her, and find out How to Eliminate Stress in 8 Steps as the description says. I liked knowing how to identify stress and anxiety triggers in my routine and these of my girlfriend. I also liked Chapter 5 on the power of positive thoughts. Chapter 8 appealed to me a lot because I love art and music. I enjoyed discover the benefits. I recommend this book to people who wants to stop suffering from stress and anxiety.

Stop, breath relax …

After a stressful few years in business I was starting to experience a constant sensation of panic throughout the day. At first I couldn’t put my finger on what was causing it, until I realized I was suffering from anxiety. This book has served as a great source of information in helping me deal with this. I especially like the exercises which are very practical and have made a positive impact on my daily routine and lifestyle.

Lifted the world off my shoulders!

I am finally able to relax after years of relentless anxiety. I am filled with joy no matter what life throws my direction now! My only regret is I wish I found this book sooner. It's literally lengthened my lifespan by calming me down. Also I can actually enjoy my life now without constantly worrying about something. I am happy for the first time in 20 years and nothing feels better! This book was so fun to listen to as well. For the price I paid it is pretty much free. I would have paid 10k for the freedom I feel today after years of struggle. THANK YOU!!

This book 📖 tells you the truth exactly as it should be said. I don't want to spoil too much, but I feel when I said that part of my problems came from family and friends that are not supportive, he explained, and they provided tips on how to avoid their negativity. Thanks

Really hit home and will help improve my stress

I enjoyed listening to Get into the Groove of Life as I have been always searching for ways to improve my stress and anxiety. Alan Irving British voice narration was easy to follow along with and made listening a lot easier. The steps which Martin provides are reliable and can it help me eliminate some of my stress and anxiety for good. This past year was a crazy one that I know brought a lot of stress to all and listening to this audiobook is a great starting guide to reduce that stress. I will listen to it again.

You deserve a stress-free life

Like everyone who is going through the pandemic, our stress level is at and all time high. My company had a lay off before the pandemic hit and now we are living the new normal. This book contains some great advice on how reduce stress and find the joy and serenity in daily life through practices like decluttering, healthy eating, meditation, exercises, and giving gratitude, etc. I believe all deserve to live a happy and this book helps shift my perspective toward a more positive place.
