Helped me sleep, but not too long.

This audio book has helped me immensely! I use it to keep napping to a short time so I don't wake up groggy and still tired. It was exactly what I needed. I tend to insomnia and still have important things to do the next day. So a restful nap is important to keep me going.

honestly works

I'm new to ho'oponopono. the series does a great job explaining the intent of using it through hypnosis. a quick breeze to Wikipedia can explain how ho'oponopono came to be used abroad & how such a simple & profound technique can be broadened to most challenges in life, in this case squeezing a power nap during a lunch hour that doesn't leave you dragging afterwards...

one of my favorite for a quick reset

it is one of my go to, for a midday quick reset, recharging my batteries energy and focus sfamina in no time.
Use it at night after a busy or stressful day to relax and go to bed peacefully.

I appreciate Mr. Beck's technique/

Is there anything you would change about this book?

I truly appreciate Mr. Beck's technique, but would rather he kept his spiritual point of view to himself. I even appreciate the use of the Ho'oponopono widsom. However, my spiritual experience is very different from Mr. Beck's. I do not appreciate his belittling of my paradigm before entering into the vulnerability of hypnosis. It reduces his credibility.

Ultimately, I put this aside because the power nap has been so helpful to me. I listen to the induction alone and ignore Mr. Beck's introduction as a habit. I still have the openness to appreciate and benefit from his gift.

What could Craig Beck have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

The subtraction of his biased introduction. I felt as if I were being proselytized.

What does Craig Beck bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Mr. Beck has a great technique. He is obviously gifted, and this production has NEVER FAILED to allow me to have a quick 20-minute snooze...and awake energized.
