This is great information

I used this information personally to help make some changes to my diet and lifestyle which decreased my daily blood sugar from 386 fasting to 150 in a month. I think this information is great, but its not really an exciting audio-book.

Personally, I would get a lot more from a print version of this work, but its hard to find time to read as much as I want, so it was great to download and listen to in my daily commute. I would recommend this book to anyone trying to improve themselves.

I great introduction to habit stacking

The author obviously has some knowledge in the art of habit stacking. I listened to this book twice and took very detailed notes so I could be sure to use the suggestions made in my everyday life. I'm excited to know what will come from what I've learned.

Habit Stacking

This is my first audible book. Moves along pretty quickly. Love the narrator, very calm and steady. Some really great ideas. My only complaint would be you can't read along with it.

Great to learn more about

Presently here is a book that has exceptionally useful applications. I like it since I'm a down to earth and sorted out individual. In the event that you are not, at that point this book will kick you off while in transit to bringing an end to negative behavior patterns and supplanting them with gainful propensities. When you begin on this excursion, you'll be astounded at what you can achieve in less time and have more opportunity to sharpen your own connections, home life, wellbeing, and accounts. There's such a long way to go! It is extremely elegantly composed in straightforward dialect. Despite the fact that Propensity Stacking is another word for me, it fits the item's procedure.

Love it

I love this audiobook. I learned many things about habits and addictions and there cause and effect. I love how this book gives psychological facts as well as tips to have better habits. I also love how the narrator stumbles a bit while reading because it makes him more relatable. I would recommend this audiobook to anyone wanting to have a better habit forming skill or just wanting to learn about habits in general.

Great for personal development

I enjoy reading and would have loved to be able to read this rather than listening to it be read. I think it was a very informative book about habits. Not only did it speak about personal habits but social habits as well, which is not something you hear as much about. I like how it went in depth with examples to help you understand the habits and that it is important to have all of your habits work together; stacking your personal, professional, and social habits. I did learn some new information from this book and would recommend to anyone who is working on their habits or personal development!

Life changing!

Listening to this book has helped me understand those bad habits that I have. It is a nice starter''s guide to habit stacking, for example, I was not aware that I was a procrastinator until I read this book and thought about all this time I waste and how I push my activities back for no reasons at all. The whole concept of the book is to guide you step by step on a more healthier and productive journey!
With this book, I am more confident about reaching my goals because now I am aware of those problems holding me back.
