Beautiful guide to improve oneself
Dr Daniel does a excellent job as a guide to help self defeating people.Most of us have some self defeating habits difficult to get rid off.The step by step approach helps us to discover ourselves and improve our lives.This book has to be listened again and again.The ideas have to be practiced with full commitment.The beauty of the course is that it can be individualised.The audio presentation clear and lucid though in some places appears to be hurrying.Thank you Dr. Daniel.

Very helpful info; need it on paper
This is very insightful and helpful information. I found myself wishing that I had it in paper format so that I could take notes and the tests, also to use the book as a reference. Dr Amen certainly has much to share that is useful for many individuals to improve our mental health as well as our relationships with others.

What a whole new perspective
This audiobook is a God send! I have always been struggling with anxiety and self sabotaging behaviors. After listening to this, I see the many ways where I have gotten in my own way and engaged in self defeating behavior. I now feel more informed and empowered in my everyday life , thank you Dr Amen!

Phenomenal
